A Friday ritual. A single photo — no words — capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to others by Sarah-Jane, of Almost There.
I was asked to participate in this by Anna Sides, of The Other Side of Anna and the other great blogging members of the Facebook group Blogplicity.
If you find yourself touched by a moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.
A laptop? Oh wow! That’s put him on the top of the charts, hasn’t it? 🙂
Yup, he went from evil bearer of all things unholy to redeemed love of my life. LOL
Perfect gift! I sure wish I had a laptop sometimes . . . 🙂
Thank you Martha. I don’t know any other type of PC other than laptops. We’ve never owned a home computer, laptops are cheaper and we each can do our own thing without bothering someone else. Well, one day hopefully. I managed to kill two batteries, some keys, and one that I didn’t even do anything to but, try to use. lol
You have to be in heaven! I remember when my sister got mine for my birthday a couple of years ago. My life changed forever! The mobility you will now have is amazing and if you are like me, you will find your laptop going everywhere you do LOL. Enjoy! This is a lovely moment ☺

Thanks Mary. Yes, I am in heaven. Being without a working laptop has been a nightmare for me. I felt like I am in a cave on a deserted island that is made completely on sand. I felt almost dead inside. LOL I am a tech junkie. If it hadn’t been for my BB I would have gone freaking insane. I don’t know what I will do if the end of days comes in the form of an electric outage, thrusting us back into the dark ages. I am already imagining the work I will be able to get done while sitting endlessly in the children’s hospital with my kids. They may have to wait some time to get their mom back I will be too busy basking in the glow of my laptop’s screen. hahha
Congratulations!! What a great gift!
Thank you Nelieta.
You are mobile now, with the laptop.
The one problem I have always had with my other laptops is they had to stay plugged in which was fine if I was near an outlet or carried an extension cord. hahah
Thank you for visiting my blog today! I am a new follower here. Congrats on the new laptop. It’s always fun starting with a new anything!
Hugs, GraceinAZ
